In 2007, property developer Strenger established a new brand, offering high-quality, low-price homes. schwarzspringer created the brand’s entire communications – from the unusual name, Baustolz (which roughly translates as “proud to build”) to the striking corporate identity to the cheeky advertisements in an otherwise staid market. The results say it all: while the industry as a whole is feeling the pinch, Baustolz is enjoying robust growth.
